Alex Bayer

Alex Bayer began his career in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where he studied law. His early practice focused on litigation and arbitration, later shifting towards corporate and real estate law. Over the years he served in the legal departments of companies in the telecommunications and automotive sectors, holding senior positions. He was a partner in law firms in Brazil and an international associate of a law firm in Paris. He has taken part in numerous M&A, real estate and corporate transactions representing, together, more than EUR 5 billion in assets. He established his practice in Portugal in 2020 and has since advised hundreds of clients on property acquisitions, contracts and setting up their businesses in the country.
