As a partner and co-founder of the Luxembourg law firm Chevalier & Sciales, Olivier leads the firm’s investment management and corporate practices. His work covers a broad range of international matters involving Luxembourg entities.
He advises clients on corporate and investment transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, club deals, co-investments, and reorganisations. He also assists general partners, asset managers, and family offices with the structuring, formation, and operation of alternative investment fund vehicles such as SCSp, RAIF, and SIF structures.
