Jean-Claude Beaujour is an Of Counsel at Harlay Avocats in Paris, where he has practiced since 2020. He specializes in business law and international commercial litigation, advising companies and investors, particularly from the United States and Asia. He is a registered mediator with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London and is involved in commercial mediation through ICC-France. He holds a Doctorate in International Law from Sorbonne University, an LLM from UCL and a DEA in International Law from Paris X. He is also an author and lecturer in conflict management.
