Joseph Ntita Tshishimbi is Managing Partner of Tiefenthaler Legal in the Democratic Republic of Congo and a dual-admitted lawyer in Lubumbashi and Kinshasa. He has over 15 years of local and international legal experience, advising Congolese and multinational companies, both public and private, across a range of industries. His practice focuses on mining, tax, ICT, contracts and OHADA law. He is a registered member of the Kinshasa Bar and is fluent in French and English, supporting clients with cross-border interests in Africa and Europe.
