Micaela Lopinto

Micaela Lopinto is an Italian Lawyer based in Rome, admitted to the Brescia Bar since Novembre 2022 and also admitted to the Rome Bar since April 2026. With a graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University, she has developed extensive experience in Civil Law, with a particular focus on Commercial and Corporate Law, Banking and Financial Law, contracts, debt recovery, employment and succession matters. Her assistance includes both judicial and out of court legal. She is also a lecturer and author of numerous legal publications, combining academic expertise with practical legal experience.
