Jaap Bellingwout. With 25 years experience in the international corporate tax practice, Jaap served a broad portfolio of clients, including large US and European listed corporates, banks, SWFs (Middle-East), large NGO’s, and foreign governments on tax policy matters, including negotiations with the OECD/FHTP. Key areas of expertise are the optimizing of corporate tax structures, the carve out of business lines of large (listed) MNEs, pre and post acquisition reorganizations, setting up of joint ventures, IPOs, M&A, tax policy and strategy, and the adaption to new tax legislation.
