I am an Italian lawyer based in Paris, admitted to both the Paris and Turin Bars. As a partner in a boutique firm with offices in France and Italy, I work across both jurisdictions.

I focus on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and litigation, as well as foreign investment matters in Italy and France.
