Ned is a director of Access NZ and its main legal consultant. He is a lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in criminal litigation, employment, and immigration law. He is the principal of Access Law an incorporated law firm through which he conducts his litigation practice and immigration consultancy business. He has wide ranging experience in all areas of NZ immigration law. He is also a member of the charitable organisation Lawyers without Borders which specialises in pro bono access to justice initiatives.
