David Spira is a Partner of Orial Paris working mainly for foreign corporate clients using English as a business language. He is a French Registered Accountant (Expert-Comptable) and statutory Auditor (“Commissaire aux Comptes”) and has over twenty five years experience in international accounting practice.  Before joining this firm, he was managing the firm Spira, Twist & Associés for 11 years, and before being an independent professional, he was a Manager in the Transaction Services department of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris, specialized in due diligence investigations for US/UK companies investing in France
