Messrs Rajasekaran is a boutique Firm that believes in maintaining quality over quantity and staying in line with the ethos of growing an elitist legal practice. Dato’ M. Rajasekaran was one of the principle litigators in a large law practice in Kuala Lumpur and subsequently admitted in partnership with the Firm in October 1989 where he also served as a Managing Partner and member of the Executive Committee of the Firm for many years. He brings with him experience in matters extending to arbitration, general commercial and civil litigation, corporate litigation, shareholder disputes, restructuring and insolvency.
