Papa Massal SOW is a founding partner of the law firm SOW & Partners and joined the Senegalese Bar in 2007.
With over 18 years’ experience in labour law, but also insurance, corporate and litigation, he advises companies on drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as managing and settling individual and collective disputes.
His proven experience in litigation and labour law has also enabled him to successfully advise and represent numerous companies, from pre-litigation negotiations to the follow-up of legal proceedings, right through to the final settlement of the case.
