Gaëtan ZEYEN is member of the Brussels bar for more than 20 years; he is also carrying out his business in Vienna.
His daily practice focuses mainly on economic law, and more particularly on the different aspects of tax law, both on Belgian and international (EU and OECD) levels, as well as on arbitration (Belgian and international). He advises his clients both on litigation and non-litigation tax issues, including in relation with non-aggressive tax planning (both for individuals and undertakings).
He is also acting as an independent arbitrator and, as such, is a member of various arbitral institutions both in Belgium and abroad (‘Cepani’; ‘French Arbitration Association’; ‘Russian Arbitration Association’; ‘Vienna International Arbitral Centre’).
